HOW TO REGISTER:

(1) Log on to www.MidwestAmericanHealth.com
(2) Once you're there, click on the Register Now link - a small blue link on your left hand side
(3) You'll be directed to the Account Information form; fill out this form entirely
(4) Once you've completed this form, click on the Register button at the bottom of the page...


...And that's it. You will then be registered on the American Back Center online store
and will be eligible to receive discounts, promotional offers,
and free shipping (when more than $100 is spent).

If you were told by an American Back Center employee that we previously registered you, check your inbox - plus your spam/trash folder - for an email from "info@MidwestAmericanHealth.com" entitled
"Welcome to Wellness Wednesdays Online!"

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:

(1) Go to www.MidwestAmericanHealth.com

(2) Log in by entering your username and password in the boxes provided.

(3) Once you're logged in, navigate to the Quick Order form and select the product(s) you wish to order.
In the space provided, enter the quantity of each product -
then click Add To Your Cart (after you have made your selection you will later have the opportunity to modify your order if needed).

(4) Enter your credit card and billing information in the appropriate spaces.
Enter your shipping name and address in the appropriate spaces. Click the Continue the Order button.
(5) You will be presented with an Order Confirmation page; please review it carefully and make any necessary changes by clicking Change Cart Items. Continue on using the prompts.


You will see an “Order Confirmation” page containing the details of your order (this confirmation will also be emailed to you.) Orders received by 1 pm are shipped the same day (except refrigerated products, which cannot be shipped after Thursday), and typically take from 2-4 days to reach you (including shipping time). We ship via UPS.
