back research damaged discs

Clinical Research Overview

Unlike other spinal decompression devices, VAX-D’s efficacy has been documented and demonstrated in multiple clinical studies and publications.

An earlier retrospective outcome study of 778 patients -- and a separate study conducted in a neurosurgery practice on 142 patients -- both report success rates of between 70% -80% for patients suffering from disc related chronic low back pain with VAX-D have been reported.

While other spinal decompression devices claim to do what VAX-D does, only VAX-D has clinically demonstrated its ability to lower intradiscal pressures to a negative range. And this effect is crucial to actually enabling injured discs to heal.

What follows here are all the publications and studies published on VAX-D. Currently, the VAX-D system is being utilized and studied by leading physicians in orthopaedic medicine, pain management, anesthesiology, occupational medicine and rehabilitation, neurology, chiropractic, neurosurgery, and family practice. Research on the therapy is ongoing, and we will post future publications on this website as they become available.
